Desktop CNC 1419 Assembly #2 (Bed)
1. Prepare front/rear bed plate, feet and m4 14mm screws
2. Assemble feet with m4 screws
3. All done
4. Prepare motor and m3 9mm screws
5. Assemble motor with m3 screws
6. Prepare y axis plates, flange bearings and m4 8mm screws
7. Assemble flange bearing with m4 screws
8. Prepare copper nut and m3 12mm screws
9. Assemble copper nut with m3 screws
10. Prepare ball screw, spring and copper nut
11. Assemble nut with ball screw
12. Prepare al profile and m5 16mm screws
13. Assemble al profile with m5 screws
14. Prepare m5 16mm screws
15. Assemble y axis plate with m5 screws
16. Prepare side al profile with m5 16mm screws
17. Assemble side al profile with m5 screws
18. Check side al profile direction!!
19. Prepare bed and m6 screws
20. Only one side tighten the screws
21. Turn over bed
22. Prepare polished rod
23. Insert polished rod to bed plate
24. Prepare m5 16mm screws and tighten them
25. The other side, prepare m5 16mm screws too and tighten them
26. Prepare m6 screws
27. Tighten m6 screws
27. Tighten flange bearing's screws
28. Insert ball screw to coupling and tighten socket head screws
29. Prepare bearing and hand wheel
30. Insert bearing and hand wheel to ball screw and tighten socket head screws
